We share personal data with so-called personal data processors. This is so that we can fulfil, for example, a contract of sale. We have agreements with companies that help us with the following:

Navamedic AB has signed an agreement with all personal data processors to ensure that your personal data is protected.

For how long will we keep your personal data

We never save your information any longer than we believe is reasonable. Under “Right of Access” you can request the information we have stored about you. Should you find any errors, you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected. You also have the right to provide supplementary information in case you think something is missing.

You may also request that we delete (Right to Erasure) your information if you:

– No longer believe that it is necessary for us to have your personal data
– Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
– Disagree with our decision on legitimate interest and that your reasons outweigh our balance of interests.

We make every effort to satisfy your desire, but keep in mind that we may be entitled to refuse your request if there are legal obligations that prevent us from deleting your personal information, for example the Accounting Act.

Cookies at Navamedic.com provide us with no personal information about yourself. How long cookies are stored depends on the type of cookies involved. Navamedic and its trusted suppliers would like to have the opportunity to keep you updated on clinical trials, opportunities for continued education in the selected field of therapy, and news regarding our products.
If you agree to receive e-mails from us, please enter your e-mail address and check the box for consent at the bottom of the page. Consent allows us to store your name and e-mail address in a database with our trusted suppliers that comply with applicable Personal Data Act (GDPR). The data is stored securely and protected and is not shared with anyone except Navamedic and its trusted suppliers.

When given consent, we will send you, directly or via our suppliers, information on relevant clinical studies, opportunities for continuing education in the therapy area, and news regarding our products.

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and I agree that Navamedic stores my name and e-mail address in a database with Navamedic or its trusted suppliers in order for Navamedic or its trusted suppliers to send treatment-, drug-, or research-related information via e-mail – which Navamedic believes can be useful to me, is relevant to my work and responds to my professional profile and interests.

How is your personal data safeguarded?

Your data is protected in our IT systems. Only those who need to see your personal data have access to it. The systems ensure that no unauthorized persons have access to your data.

If you believe that your personal data has been mishandled, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
